The intelligent classroom is a new type of classroom organization under the background of education modernization, which inevitably requires new teaching methods to be adapted to it. Guided by the OBE concept, the learning pyramid theory and the hierarchical theory of educational modernization, the double question teaching method forms a teaching design concept with students as the center, output-oriented learning as the focus and the combination of education and information technology as the core. In the content system, the double-question teaching method corresponds to the cognitive law and the three dimensions of talent cultivation goal, and promotes the effective establishment of intelligent classroom by students'"2+2" personalized learning activities and teachers' and students'"2+2" precise learning activities. Design case and achievement comparison method, AHP method and empirical research method give evidence and positive evaluation to the effect of double question teaching method, which shows that this innovative teaching method is highly effective.

Based on the four hypotheses of sports persistence formation theory, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students' exercise persistence by using the methods of literature and logical analysis, and holds that: persistence in exercise is the result of the comprehensive effect of various influencing factors, and the factors are summarized into 6 categories and 22 items; the psychological dependence of the exerciser on exercise behavior is the key factor; the frequency, length of exercise, strength of exercise are closely related to exercise persistence. Based on this, the author puts forward that the persistence mechanism of college students' physical exercise behavior is the determined by individual sports motivation and the promotion of social factors, and suggests that three prevention and intervention methods should be adopted for passive sports addiction.

The excellent traditional Chinese culture can provide not only rich forms of material and spiritual food but also profound ideological values for the construction of university culture. In the practice and exploration of university culture construction, Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology integrates excellent traditional Chinese culture into education and teaching, and plays the role of the main channel of the first classroom. It also integrates the culture into campus cultural activities, which effectively plays the role of cultural education of the second classroom. In this way, the students can inherit and carry forward the beliefs and values embodied in Chinese culture, and be guided by the essence and value connotation of excellent traditional Chinese culture.

With the continuous advancement of working on China's higher education engineering education professional certification, excellent and innovative talent training, new type of engineering construction, cooperation education of production and learning has become the trend of higher education. According to the goal of talent training and the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Xi'an Polytechnic University, we adopt CDIO engineering education mode to explore and practice the dual-creative talent training mode, to build an innovative and entrepreneurial education platform and to promote innovative education, which not only promotes the development of students' comprehensive ability, but also makes our construction in line with the needs of social development, and lays a good foundation for our school's engineering education certification and outstanding talent training.

This paper takes the pilot “3+2” project of linking higher vocational education with the undergraduate education of pharmacy major in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example to analyze the significance of the training of application-oriented talents in “3+2” adult higher education based on the needs of the pharmaceutical talent market and society in China. According to the characteristics of the students, the paper explores the training mode of “3+2” adult higher education for pharmacy major that are suitable for the development of the pharmaceutical industry, and puts forward valuable ideas and countermeasures.

Based on the characteristics of Probability Theory course and the disadvantages of traditional classroom teaching, this paper puts forward suggestions of blended teaching in the context of "Internet+ education". The overall design of blended teaching mode of this course is based on the network teaching platform, which integrates the information technology into the traditional teaching organically, which fully arouses the students' enthusiasm and initiatives of learning. It has effectively helped to improve the teaching efficiency and quality and cultivated the students' self- learning ability.

In order to cultivate talents for different safety management positions, some enterprises of different industries are surveyed. The enterprises' specific requirements of the quality, ability and knowledge of safety management talents are taken as a guide, and the professional direction characteristics of occupational safety, engineering safety and public safety are combined. From the three aspects of comprehensive education, professional education, general education, we establish a training model for safety management talents, and construct the teaching contents and framework of knowledge system. Then the direction of teaching reform has been put forward. It provides effective suggestions for further improving the training mode of safety management talents.

As a useful supplement and an important continuation of the traditional learning activities, the extracurricular learning activities is an important part of carrying out practice teaching and consolidating knowledge and skills. Based on the overall orientation of talent training in schools, the safety engineering major set CAD practical teaching courses based on the needs of students' career growth and development, it made full use of the student community to arrange teaching content reasonably and attached great importance to the cultivation of the students' engineering quality and achieved remarkable teaching results. The combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular learning activities promotes the cultivation of innovative and application-oriented talents of safety engineering major.

The reform of experimental teaching of food science and engineering is discussed in this paper by analyzing the problems in the traditional experimental teaching process and the requirements of the engineering education accreditation. Then reforms of experimental teaching content, innovative experimental teaching mode, experimental assessment methods and other teaching measures are proposed and practiced. The result shows that students' practice ability, scientific research ability and comprehensive quality have been improved and the cultivation of engineering talents has been promoted.

The reform of the evaluation system of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is one of the important reforms of ideological and political courses. The concept of tutorial system is originated in the UK and has become a crucial chain in the process of cultivation of talents over several stages of development. In recent years, multiple universities in China have started the practice of tutorial system for undergraduates in order to better adjust to the cultivation mode of applied talents in the new era. Compared with western countries, tutorial system for undergraduates is still in its exploration stage. Through the analysis of development of tutorial system for undergraduates in China and the problems that have occurred during the process of its application, it will be possible to come to suggestions for the effective practice of the system and contribute to the quality of cultivation of applied talents.

This paper takes the competition as the example to discuss the building of "Internet + Wula sedge" interdisciplinary team, and introduces the process of research and development, practice, sales and tacit cooperation, and gold medal winning, aiming at providing more teachers and students with relevant experience of innovation and entrepreneurship competition.

The mode of "Internet + Party Construction" is the way which must be passed for Party building in the new era. Well-being is the core element of mental health, which has an important impact on the individual's physical and mental health development. This study takes freshmen of one university as the research objects, and uses the General Well-being scale (GWB) to evaluate and analyze the current situation of their general happiness and individual differences, in the end, feasible educational countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of college students' well-being are provided.

The establishment of modern states of China and Japan is naturally related to many factors such as different political systems, social environment and economic conditions of the two countries. While the "translation" of western documents in the Meiji restoration period of Japan led to the collapse of Japanese traditional writing styles, and the new "national language" formed by the movement of "consistency of speaking and writing" had a significant impact on the state construction in modern Japan. In contrast, the " translation in the Late Qing Dynasty" activities of the intellectuals in modern China, although greatly influenced by the " translation in Meiji period", showed a different way of accepting western values and a different way of dealing with eastern civilization from that of modern Japan.

We are supposed to have a more comprehensive understanding of the "Three-line Construction" development process and situation and to provide relevant construction experience for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
