Preparation and Adsorption Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol Polyacrylamide Interpenetrating Polymer Network Hydrogel

An interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogel was prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyacrylamide (PAM) as raw materials and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent. The structure of the IPN was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effect of PAM content, the amount of cross-linking agent, adsorption time, pH and adsorption temperature on swelling degree and Cu2+ adsorption properties of IPN hydrogel were studied. The Cu2+ adsorption kinetic characteristics of the IPN and the adsorption mechanism were investigated. The results showed that the 30wt.% PAM IPN had better Cu2+ adsorption property than PVA hydrogel when the pH was 5. The equilibrium adsorption amount of Cu2+ on PVA-PAM IPN hydrogel increased with the increase of temperature. The adsorption behavior was consistent with the pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic equations, and the mechanism diffusion was controlled by particle and film diffusions.

Fabrication and photocatalytic properties of Ag3PO4/GO photocatalyst

Ag3PO4/GO photocatalysts with spherical and cubic surface structures were synthesized via ion exchange method using graphene oxide (GO) as a carrier. The properties of Ag3PO4/GO catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). The capability of the catalysts was evaluated by rhodamine B (RhB) degradation experiments. The results showed that under the same conditions, 98.5% of RhB was removed by cubic Ag3PO4/GO in 100 min, which was significantly higher than that of pure spherical Ag3PO4 (83.8%) , cubic Ag3PO4 (88.1%). Moreover, the cubic Ag3PO4/GO catalysts exhibited perfect stability in photocatalytic degradation, and the removal rate of rhodamine B could still reach more than 95% after five reaction cycles.

To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Niuhuangqingwei pills. Methods: Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 30 ℃ was used with methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid (75: 25) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The linear ranges of rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were at 22.68-113.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.9991), 6.25~31.24 μg·mL-1(r=0.9996), 14.74~73.68 μg·mL-1(r=0.9990) and 5.22~26.12 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999) respectively, the average recoveries (n=6) were 99.9%(RSD=1.2%), 99.9%(RSD=1.9%), 100.0%(RSD=1.2%) and 99.8%(RSD=1.8%).

Effects of Different Auxiliary Methods on the Extraction Rate of Total Polyphenols from Fruit of Rosa Davurica Pall

Exploring the effects of different ancillary methods on the extraction rate of total polyphenols from Fruit of Rosa davurica Pall(FRDP). The optimum conditions for extracting the total polyphenols from FRDP were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments: the ratio of material to liquid 1:50 (g:mL), the extraction solvent was 50% ethanol solution, the extraction temperature was 80 °C. After extraction for 1.5 h, the total polyphenol extraction rate was 11.28 mg/g. Then the effects of ionic liquid assisted, ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic assisted, ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction on the extraction rate of total polyphenols from FRDP were investigated. The results showed that the extraction rate of total polyphenols from the ionic liquid was improved by 14.98% compared with the traditional solvent method. The ionic liquid was assisted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. The extraction rate of total polyphenols in FRDP was increased by 16.13%. The extraction rate of total polyphenols in FRDP was increased by 20.66% by ionic liquid combined with ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction. The above results indicated that ionic liquid assisted, ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic assisted, ionic liquid synergistic ultrasonic-microwave assisted can increase the extraction rate of total polyphenols from FRDP, and provide a test reference for the subsequent development and utilization of total polyphenols.

The snowfall in winter in northern China has a long time, a large amount and a wide range. If the snowfall can not be cleared in time, it will greatly affect the normal life of people in the northern region, and the sudden snowstorm will also cause major security risks and affect social production. For this reason, this paper developed a machine that can realize road snow cleaning and make bricks from snow. In order to design it reasonably, the working performance standard is planned and designed. The motor speed of the compressor unit is 20R / min, the motor power is 1.05kW, and the vehicle speed is 0.17m/s. At the same time, the theoretical analysis and ADAMS simulation analysis of the core snow compaction unit are carried out, and the conclusion is that the device can meet the requirements of travel and cycle, and the compression moment can meet the performance requirements.

In order to avoid the obstacles of branches or wires, improve fishing efficiency and increase fishing fun, a trigger ejection intelligent fishing device is developed. The device adopts the way of multi-level expansion bar, uses the energy release after the compression spring is triggered to automatically eject, and realizes the linkage and quick launch of multi-level expansion bar. The front end of the device integrates a micro camera to automatically collect underwater capture status during the rotation of the rotating platform, and provides information for users through the display screen. The image information is processed by the controller to control the rotation of the rotating platform, setting out wires and fishing motor of the platform, so as to realize intelligent fishing. In this paper, the theoretical calculation and experimental demonstration of the retractable mechanism of the fishing rod are carried out. Through the simulation of the speed of the retractable fishing rod, the effect of the fishing device with the fishing rod in the range of 1780mm is achieved.

Aiming at the problem that large-scale snow-removing machines in small areas such as residential campuses cannot enter into operations, a small and intelligent multi-rotor centrifugal snow-throwing is designed. The snow-throwing machine consists of four parts: snow-collecting system, snow-throwing system, power system and intelligent control system. The snow-throwing machine that is equipped with multiple centrifugal rotors can reduce blind areas and improve snow-removing efficiency. The intelligent control system can reduce the loss of ground obstacles to shoveling snow slurry and increase the service life of machinery. The snow thrower is compact in size and more flexible in use, which can meet the needs of small areas such as families and parks.

To solve the problem that dragon boat athletes cannot train on land, a training device for double dragon boat is proposed, which consists of a safety balance frame, a boat body, a paddle training device and a simulated water surface device. The trainer uses the wind wheel rotation to provide resistance, simulates the motion posture of the double dragon boat rowers in the water, and guides the boat through its own path with the guide rails to realize the function of the height change and left-right swinging of the dragon boat in the water, so as to meet the training requirements of the athletes on land.

In order to study the influence of the diffusion layer structure on the conductivity, drainage and gas conduction of the fuel cell, COMSOL Multiphysics was used to simulate and analyze the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The variation of porosity of diffusion layer along thickness gradient, the mass transfer process by cathode side and the performance of fuel cell were simulated. The results show that the diffusion layer with gradient structure can reduce the occurrence of cathode water flooding, and the battery performance of the diffusion layer with gradient porosity distribution is better than that of the diffusion layer with uniform porosity distribution. At the same average porosity, the larger the gradient structure of porosity is, the stronger the drainage capacity of cathode side is, and the less residual liquid water is.

Lifting operation of large-scale offshore foundation piles is a difficult problem in the construction of offshore structures. In view of this situation, this paper takes IHC Company’s bilateral marine foundation pile hanger as the blueprint, and puts forward a structural scheme of "internal and external clamping type marine pile spreader" in order to improve the problems mentioned above. Aiming at the structure form of suspension proposed in this paper, by means of theoretical solution, simulation analysis and experimental research, the friction clamping and wedge tooth insertion clamping methods of suspension were studied and compared, and the bearing capacity of wedge tooth insertion clamping method of suspension is three times that of friction clamping method under the same transverse clamping load. The conclusion provides a reference for the selection of clamping mode of hanger in practical engineering application.

The magnetic levitation ball system is a strongly nonlinear system with an open loop instability,and its control input and drive current must vary within a limited range.In order to make the output displacement reach the desired position,anti-windup variable structure PI controller is adopted in this paper to optimize the values of P,I andwith the combination of genetic algorithm,so as to make the ball reach the optimal position output.The experimental results show that,compared with the conventional PI controller,anti-windup variable structure PI control can track the desired position more quickly and stably,and the amplitude of oscillation is significantly reduced.

Using sodium lignin sulfonate, urea, formaldehyde and Melamine as the main raw materials, a new type of environmentally-friendly sand fixing agent was synthesized to provide a new variety of sand fixing agent. The chemical composition analysis was carried out by FT-IR, the wind corrosion resistance, water retention, compressive strength and water resistance of sand fixing samples were measured, and the sand fixing effect of different concentration of sand fixing agents was analyzed. The results show that the new environmentally friendly sand fixation agent can bond the sand particles tightly to form a larger aggregate structure. The sand mold of the sand fixing agent sprayed 5%, the wind erosion rate of the sand fixing specimen reached 0.02 %, the water retention rate reached about 70 %, the compressive strength reached 25mm, and the water resistance reached 2.46 %, which can meet the actual application requirements.
