Simulation of Separation of Methanol-methyl Ethyl Ketone by Pressure Swing Distillation

Pressure swing distillation for separation of methanol and methyl ethyl ketone was investigated based on thepressure-sensitivity of azeotropic composition. Taking the lowest total heat load of reboiler of the high pressure and atmospheric pressure towers as the optimization objective, the theoretical plate number, feed position and mass reflux ratio of the two towers were optimized. The optimum process parameters were obtained as follows: high pressure tower operating pressure 300kPa, theoretical plate number 37, feed position 22, reflux ratio 2.5; atmospheric tower operating pressure 101.3kPa, theoretical plate number 48, feed position 11, reflux ratio 4.25. The mass fractions of methanol and methyl ethyl ketone are 99.75% and 99.53%, respectively. On the basis of ordinary pressure swing distillation, the system is fully heat integrated. Compared with ordinary pressure swing distillation, the heat load of the condenser of fully heat-integrated pressure swing distillation reduces by 48.07% and the heat load of reboiler decreases by 47.62%, which realizes effective energy saving.

The basic properties of the produced water at each ternary station were initially obtained, through the analysis of the water quality, oil contentsettling time relationship and the characteristics of the produced water-time relationship of Zhong-106 ternary composite flooding in Daqing Oilfield. The ternary produced water contains a large amount of crude oil, suspended solids, oil displacing agents and the like. Due to the synergistic effect of the components, the pH value, particle size, viscosity and surface tension of the produced water remained basically unchanged after 72 hours of sedimentation, indicating that the properties of the produced water were relatively stable and the treatment difficulty was increased.

A polyoxometalate antitumor drug delivery system, K14[NaP5W29O107]·40H2O starch-based microparticles (P5W29-CSM for short), have been prepared by the inverse emulsion method using soluble starch as raw material, epichlorohydrin as crosslinker. The preparation process of starch microspheres drug delivery was explored and determined. The structure of P5W29-CSM was characterized by SEM, IR, X-ray powder diffraction and UV-visible spectroscopy. The content of polyoxometalate in P5W29-CSM was 4.9% which is determined by UV spectrophotometry.

Pyrolysis Characteristics and Kinetics Analysis of Sesame Shell

In order to explore the pyrolysis properties of sesame shell and realize its effective utilization, the TG and DTG methods are adopted to investigate the pyrolysis behavior at different heating rates. The results show that the main weightlessness range is from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃, which is a fast decomposition stage, from 400 ℃ to 1000 ℃, the reaction rate slower, the weight loss decrease. Kinetic analysis show that the two pyrolysis stages can be simplified as a first-order reaction,and calculated activation energy are 23.2726.02 kJmol-1 and 19.9421.48 kJmol-1,respectively. The activation energies of low temperature pyrolysis are higher than that of high temperature pyrolysis at the same heating rate.

Catalytic Synthesis of 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-4,5-dihydrooxazole

In this paper, the catalysts of zirconium oxychloride on molecular sieve were prepared by immersion, and which was employed to catalyze the condensation reaction of 4-cyanopyridine and ethanol amine for synthesizing the pharmaceutical intermediates of 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-4,5-dihydrooxazole under solvent-free conditions. The resultants were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry and the contents were determined by gas chromatography. The results indicated that, These catalysts all exhibit high catalytic activity. The activity is mainly derived from ZrOCl2·8H2O. It is also affected by the specific surface area of the carrier and the number of acidic sites. ZZrOCl2·8H2O/H-MCM-41 has the highest activity. By single factor multi-levels experiments, the optimal technology for the synthesis of 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-4,5-dihydrooxazole was obtained. The optimal conditions were as follow: the molar rate of 4-cyanopyridine to ethanol amine was 1:2, 10% ZrOCl2·8H2O/H-MCM-41 was used as catalyst, catalyst dosage was 10% mass of reactants, reacted at 110 ℃ for 3 h. Under the optimum technology, the conversion of 3-cyanopyridine was up to 98.4%.

According to the requirements of field control of dye ingredient, an automatic control system of dye formulation based on Siemens PLC and Metler-Toledo weighing instrument is designed. The upper computer running system is completed by Kingview 7.5 configuration software. The whole system realizes high precision automatic control of dye formulation. It has the characteristics of reliable communication and simple operation. It effectively improves the production efficiency and guarantees the stability of the system.

Using Moldflow software as an analysis platform , taking an electrical plate of over- wire as a specific case, the plastic part structure was analyzed firstly, then the plastic part was formed and analyzed using cold and hot flow channel technology. Comparing the CAE parameters of the two technologies, then get the results. The application of thermal channel technology to injecttion mold design can use lower filling melt temperature, reduce the risk of melt polymer decomposition significantly, and the application of thermal channel technology can reduce the possibility of cavitation and fusion marks due to gas distress and temperature difference. At the same time, the cooling time can be reduced and the efficiency of die production can be greatly improved. The analysis results provide theoretical support for the wide application of hot channel technology in injection mold design.

At present, there is a lack of management and layout design for the parking device of small vehicle which refers to E-bike, bike and motorbike, etc. We designed a new type of automated small vehicle stereo parking device, which is driven by microcomputer and stepper motors. It realizes vehicle access and management through automatic control. Intelligent vehicle management can effectively solve the problem of irregular parking at present and have the advantage of a higher rate of space utilization. It is suitable for the place where the land is limited. The actual area used are less than 3 square meters per device, but has the storage of at least 24 small vehicles.

Charging pile is the most important equipment of electric vehicle power system. According to the demand of electric vehicle for charging equipment, the article uses PLC as the core controller to introduce the design of electric vehicle AC charging pile control system. The hardware circuit includes the design of the main control module PLC, the touch screen, the power calculation module, the printing module and the like; the software system includes the communication design of the PLC main program design, the touch screen, the IC card and the like, and enables communication between the modules through communication. The polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by using raw materials, including polypropylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol and cationic chain extender Nmethyldiethanolamine. Then, orthosilicate was added to the prepolymer and SiO2 particles were prepared successfully by hydrolysis of ethyl orthosilicate. Five kinds of cationic aqueous polyurethane emulsions with different contents (mass ratio of orthosilicate/prepolymer) were obtained. The characterizations of emulsion functional group structure, emulsion particle size analysis and heat stability analysis were carried out. The appearance of Si-O bonds in infrared characterization can indicate the successful introduction of SiO2 particles in the emulsion. Through the particle size analyzer and thermogravimetric analyzer, it can be concluded that with the increase of SiO2 content, the particle size decreases, the heat resistance is improved, and the surface tension also increases. The preparation of nano-SiO2 cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsionthe possess good dispersion, stable storage and high thermal stability.

In this paper, we study the positive definite solution of a class matrix equations, that is the Hermite positive definite solution of the equation. First ,we show a matrix iterative sequence,then, according to the fixed point theory, a sufficient condition for the existence of positive definite solutions is given. Finally, numerical examples show the feasibility of the proposed method.
