    Quantum theory research on structures and spectroscopic properties of Pt complexes with the π-extended porphyrins ligand   Collect

    The geometrical structures, electronic structures, spectroscopic properties of four red-emitting [PtR] [R=syn-dibenzoporphyrins (DBPs,1), 5,15-Diaryl-syn-dibenzoporphyrins (PDBPs,2), syn-dinaphthoporphyrins (DNPs,3), 5,15-Diaryl-syn-dinaphthoporphyrins(PDNPs,4) complexes were investigated by DFT and TDDFT methods. We first optimized geometrical structures in ground state(S0) of four complexes, using three functionals (B3LYP, M062X, and B3PW91), and the excited state(T1) structures was optimized by selected UB3LYP functionals. The calculation results were compared with relevant experimental data to assess the performance of the functionals. The calculated bond lengths of Ir-N and absorptions in the ground state agree well with the corresponding experimental results. At the TD-DFT and PCM levels, 1-4 give rise to lowest energy absorptions at 498, 507, 537, 545 nm and phosphorescent emissions at 684, 683, 761, 823 nm, respectively. The HOMOs of 1-4 are mainly localized on the porphyrins ligands, while the LUMOs are the π*(R) type orbital. Therefore, the transitions of 1-4 are all attributed to [π(R)→π*(R)] charge transfer. It is shown that the emitting color are significantly dominated by the porphyrins ligand itself , but are minor impact by the 5,15-substituent group.

    An analytical method for the determination of antioxidant 3052 by HPLC. The determination conditions were as follows: C18 column (WondaSil 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), The mobile phase consisted of methanol and deionized water (95:5, v/v),  UV detector at 208 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the injection volume was 20 μL. The result shows that the mass concentration was 0.015 ~ 0.21 mg/mL, the linear regression equation was y=49989x+33.976(r2=0.9998) and the recovery rated of the sample was 98.1%~101.5%.

    Fluorescence and absorbance spectra was obtained to study the interaction between Ponceau 4R/Amaranth and graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites. Both Ponceau 4R/Amaranth have strong fluorescence quenching effect on graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites, and both were static quenching process. But quenching rate caused by ponceau 4R/amaranth was different, because of the difference of structure. Based on variable temperature experiment、absorbance spectrum and structure analysis, we could conclude that conjugated degree of ponceau 4R is higher than that of amaranth. Furthermore there was a good linear relationship between ponceau 4R/amaranth and graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites, and could be used for quantitative analysis of ponceau 4R/amaranth.

    In order to ensure the safe operation of fermentation tank, the safety assessment of fermentation tank with pit defect in axial arrangement was evaluated in accordance with GB/T19624-2004 "Safety Assessment of Pressure Vessels with Defect in Use". At the same time, the static analysis of multi-pits with different numbers and distances was carried out by ANSYS. The results show that when the axial arrangement multi-pits under the condition that the ratio of defect depth to thickness is 2/3, that is the pit defect depth is 4 mm, the tank is safe even though there are pits with different number and distances that the design pressure is always less than the maximum allowable working pressure. Moreover, there is a certain regulation about the maximum stress and stress concentration factor between the number of pit and the distance of adjacent pit. The maximum stress value and stress concentration factor are directly proportional to the number of pit defect, while inversely proportional to the distance between adjacent pit. Especially, the value variation range is larger when the distance L/X≤3, but tends to be constant after L/X > 3.

    This paper introduces a kind of composite plunger pump with small volume, stable operation, high efficiency and compact structure. This pump is used for uterus thermal ball therapy instrument removing endometrium to solve the problem of needing pneumatic positive pressure drive and pneumatic negative pressure drive for the treatment gun simultaneously. It can also be used to figure out the problem of structure complexity, installation and maintenance inconvenience and poor stability of  the drive system  resulting from pneumatic and vacuum circuits. Moreover, the composite plunger pump can also provide power for other instruments and equipment that need both positive and negative pneumatic hybrid power.

    Structure analysis on air conditioner housing bracket is carried out.By means of MOLDFLOW software, gate location analysis is proceeded aiming at the structure characteristic of the plastic part; feeding system of point gate turning side gate is determined by analysis and comparison; multistage ram speed curve on selected injection machine is optimized; design of cooling circuits is performed, packing curve and cooling parameters are improved. All the above work provides important theoretical guidance for mold design and test.

    AGV is the key equipment for the flexible and intelligent modern logistics system. This paper mainly designs the system of magnetic navigation AGV, including structural design and control system. In the structural design, the differential steering six-wheel running mode is adopted, and the three-dimensional design software is used for the modeling design. The control system adopts the MCU as the control unit. Based on the magnetic navigation, the fuzzy control is used to realize the driving speed adjustment to ensure that the AGV runs on the predetermined trajectory, so that the AGV has strong stability, fast response speed and automatic correction in the work. Ability. Finally, the corrective ability of the AGV is verified by simulink simulation.

    Aiming at the problem that the pneumatic flexible shutdown hexapod robot has low leg joint lifting height and poor obstacle crossing ability, a leg joint lifting mechanism based on parallel four-bar mechanism is designed. We built a kinematics experiment platform and carried out kinematics experiment research on the prototype. The experimental results show that the lifting mechanism can effectively increase the height of leg joints by 19 mm, which enlarges the obstacle-surmounting ability of the robot to 1.63 times that of the original, and lays a foundation for the research of the pneumatic flexible joint hexapod robot.

In order to reduce the production cost of arranging and inserting, the production mode of injection moulding process is adopted in production. Injection moulding process is an important means of rapid production of complex structural products and to ensure their quality. In the design process of injection mould for the front cover of row insertion, the dimension structure of the injection mould is analyzed firstly, and then the structure of each part of the injection mould is designed, simulated, opened and closed by using CAD and Proe design software.

    At present, the intelligent seeding robot in China has many problems, such as slow seeding speed, inaccurate path tracking and low efficiency. An intelligent seeding robot based on Zigbee network is proposed. Wireless sensor and Zigbee network technology are combined to obtain real-time environmental data in the working area and transmit it to the robot for seeding operation. The incremental PID control method corrected by digital compass is adopted to control the robot to walk in a straight line and the ant colony algorithm is adopted to realize the path planning of the intelligent seeding robot. It solves the problem of seeding robot effectively and makes intelligent seeding robot widely used.

    Based on the process conditions and control requirements of the constant pressure water supply system, the automatic control system of the constant pressure water supply was developed. The control circuit of variable frequency one for two was designed, and the constant pressure value PID control program, the water pump non-disturbance switching control program and the limit value and interlock protection program were compiled. The experimental system has simple structure, easy to use and strong portability. It is suitable for teaching and experimental training in the course of electrical and automation engineering in and out of class of universities, and has achieved good results in practical teaching and application.

    Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) is a widely used urban rainwater simulation and analysis software, the sub-catchment is the basic calculation unit in the SWMM model. Through the analysis of the rainfall runoff hydrological conceptual model, runoff yield and concentration mathematical model for SWMM sub-catchment, some suggestions on parameter assignment are put forward the application. In order to solve the problem of sub-catchment width value assignment,this paper proposes to take the length of the overland flow path as the basic method to calculate the width of the sub-catchment area, and to calculate the length by weighting the length of sub-catchment concentration.

    In order to improve the assessment ability of eco-environment, a method of eco-environmental sensitivity assessment based on Taguchi method is put forward. The statistical analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of ecological environment sensitivity, and the statistical analysis model of ecological environment sensitivity data is constructed. Combined with big data mining method, the ecological environment sensitivity association data mining is carried out, and the fuzzy clustering feature quantity of the statistical distribution of ecological environment sensitivity data is extracted. The fuzzy C-means clustering method and the correlation fusion analysis method are adopted to realize the assessment and detection of the ecological environment sensitivity. Based on the method of Taguchi to construct the assessment of the sensitivity of the ecological environment, the assessment and prediction of the sensitivity of the ecological environment can be realized according to the robustness test and the statistical regression analysis method. The simulation results show that the adaptive performance of the method is better and the prediction accuracy is high, which improves the confidence level of the ecological environment sensitivity assessment.

    The effects of the feeding time and feeding quality on the production of fuel ethanol by pulp of corn stalk fermentation are investigated by single factor experiment. According to the single factor test, a mathematical model of ethanol production from pulp of corn stalk fermented ethanol was established by response surface methodology. According to this model, the optimization of process parameters is carried out. The conversion rate of ethanol is taken as the index, the best enzymolysis conditions are obtained, under these enzymolysis conditions, the ethanol concentration of pulp of corn stalk after fermentation is 9.96 g/L at the conditions of the feeding time 50.19 h and feeding quality 6.35 g. The ethanol concentration of ethanol reached is 9.91±0.31g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the model is proved to be valid by the verification test. The results of this optimal technology will provide a reference for the ethanol production technology .

    Failure analysis of a 330 MW subcritical unit high temperature reheat steam pipe inwall cracks was studied by means of macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, composition analysis, hardness test and structure analysis. The results showed that the cracks in the inner wall are thermal fatigue cracks, which was caused by the repeatedly change of ambient temperature around the drain pipe hole. When the expansion and contraction of pipe wall caused by temperature variation is restrained, cyclic thermal stress was produced. In this way, the material is subjected to fatigue damage, and the transverse crack defects perpendicular to the expansion and contraction direction of the pipe are formed.

    This paper presents an improved Unsupervised Simultaneous Orthogonal Basis Clustering Feature Selection (ISOCFS) method. In order to effectively select features for unlabeled data, a target matrix is used to design a regularized regression model. The target matrix obtains the potential clustering centers of the projected data points by orthogonal base clustering, and guides the projection matrix to select discriminative features. Unlike previous unsupervised feature selection methods, ISOCFS does not use the data points to pre-calculate local structure information to describe the objective function. Instead, it uses the target matrix to perform orthogonal basis clustering to directly calculate the potential clustering information. In addition, in order to reduce the interference of the noise to the estimation target matrix and the projection matrix, the method adds the noise term based on the previous method. Moreover, the method can be solved by using a simple optimization algorithm. Finally, four common microarray gene expression datasets and five recent unsupervised feature selection methods are utilized to demonstrate that the ISOCFS method can obtain better clustering results.

    Composite electrolytes were prepared by doping carbonates (Li2CO3 53 mol% and NaCO3 47mol%) with different mass fractions (10%, 20%, 30%) into electrolyte (GDC). The electrochemical properties of the composite electrolyte were characterized by conductivity test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Anode powder was prepared by doping composite electrolytes into NiO, and the cathode powder was obtained by compounding the composite electrolytes with Li-treated NiO.The anode, cathode and electrolyte prepared above were pressed by dry pressure method to obtain a single cell supported by the anode.  The performance of the cell was characterized later. The results of electrochemical performance of single cell show that GDC with 30% carbonate has the highest power density, which is 1400 mWcm-2 at 600 C.
