Performance and application of the self-made flame retardant DDTS to flame retardant finish of cotton fabric are studied.The results show that the optimum flame retardant finishing process is DDTS 250g/L ,with the solution pH value of 7, curing not more than150℃ for90-120s.The finished cotton fabric features excellent flame retardancy, is assessed B1 level. Besides, little strength loss and whiteness loss are observed.

A Functional Material on Recognition of Zn(II) ions based on the New Azo Compound

The design of fluorescent probe to detect Zn(II) ion high sensitively and operational simply has been attracted much attention recently. In this study, 2, 4-diamino-2'-carboxyl azobenzene (L1) was synthesized and characterized by NMR, IR spectra. The UV absorption spectra of L1 with Zn(II) ion changed with an isosbestic point at 356 nm. When L1 reacted with ZnSO4, the distinct colour of L1 changed from yellow to orange. In the solution of L1 and ZnSO4, a marked enhanced fluorescene enhancement was observed at 484 nm (λex = 330 nm) and emitted cyan fluorescence under UV light. Furthermore, L1 reacted with zinc gluconate solution, which makes L1 can be serves as the applied material to test Zn(II) ion in zinc supplement.

Process Aptimization of Surfactant Assisted Extraction of Total Polyphenols from Kyllinga Brevifolia Rottb

The total polyphenols of Kyllinga Brevifolia Rottb was extracted by adding surfactant. With the extraction of total polyphenols as index to determine the added surfactant species, Twelve Sodium Alkylbenzene Sulfonate(SDBS) was the best in seven kinds of surfactants. Several single factor extraction conditions were examined including the concentration of surfactant, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and ethanol concentration. On the basis of as mentioned determined data, Orthogonal experimental method was adopted and the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic time of 30min, ultrasonic temperature of 50 DEG C, 65% ethanol concentration, ethanol concentration is 65%, the total polyphenols extraction rate was 5.787% under these conditions; 5 groups of parallel experiments were carried out, the average extraction rate of total polyphenols was 5.776% with the relative error of 0.187%.Compared with no surfactant, the extraction rate of total polyphenols was increased by 64.5%. The method of adding surfactant to extract total polyphenols is feasible.

The purification effect of different models resin and their activity in vitro of the total saponins in fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall. were studied. Eight types of macroporous resins, such as LSA-21, D-101 and AB-8, were used to purify the total saponins from Fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall.. Adsorption rate and desorption rate were determinated by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the LSA-21 type of macroporous resin had the best purification effect on the total saponins in fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall..The best conditions were as follows: The concentration of adsorption liquid was 0.1927 g/mL. The volume of adsorption liquid was 25 mL. The pH of adsorption liquid was 6.5. The volume fraction of ethanol was 90 %. The volume of desorption liquid was 40 mL and the desorption solution pH was 8.5. With the above purification conditions, the calculated adsorption and desorption rate of the total saponins in fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall. could reach 77.51 % and 65.28 %, respectively. The content of the total saponins in dry extract was increased from 9.49 % to 33.65 %. The test results showed that scavenging ability to DPPH·, ·OH, superoxide anion and ABTS free radicals, vitro antioxidant activity, and the inhibition of the activity of alpha glucosidase can be benefited from the total saponins in fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall.. The results provide a reference to further study on the total saponins in fruit of Rosa davuvrica Pall..

Optimize the process conditions for the extraction of Anthocyanin from Aronia melanocarpa Fruit by Ionic liquid Ultrasound Assisted. Using the extraction rate of anthocyanins as an index, the method of ultrasonic assisted extraction of anthocyanins from the fruit of the Aronia melanocarpa was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions were ethanol concentration 80%, liquid solid ratio 1:25, extraction temperature 65 ℃, extraction time 3 h, ultrasonic power 70 W,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide was identified as the ionic liquid used in the subsequent experiments, and the concentration was 0.5 mol/L. Under the optimized extraction process conditions, the extraction rate of Anthocyanin can reach 8.8242 mg/g. The extraction rate of Anthocyanin from Aronia melanocarpa Fruit by optimized Ionic liquid Ultrasound Assisted is high, that provides the basis for the development and utilization of the Aronia melanocarpa Fruit.

The radiant panel is transducer of the sound source output device, the installation space constraints under the condition of enrollment size, increase the radiation plate vibration amplitude of the focus of research.This paper only considering the influence of the materials of radiant panel vibration amplitude, and has carried on the finite element software WORKBENCH and ATILA software analyzes the magnetostrictive transducer radiant panel material influence on vibration amplitude frequency characteristics and the influence of sound field distribution inside the cavity.Results show that the same incentives and boundary condition, the aluminum material appeared radiant panel piston type when the frequency is highest, has the biggest output displacement which was of 4.48 to 24.8 times to the other materials panel;After joining the cavity body, aluminum radiant panel inside the cavity acoustic pressure amplitude is the largest and the panel radiated sound pressure amplitude is of 1.2 to 2.4 times than the other material.Above conclusion for frequency miniature transducer radiant panel provides a strong basis for the design of the work.

Enucleation is a necessary procedure in the process of pre-treating hawthorns. At present manual enucleation is still the most widely used method in China. However, such a manual method requires high labor intensity and is usually poorly efficient, which can easily result in overstock and decomposition of hawthorns, and furthermore cause huge economic loss for farmers. To this end, research and design a fully automatic hawthorn kernal-removal equipment, and to produce a simplified version of the prototype, the experimental results show that the processing efficiency of the design equipment is 12 times the manual processing. Using SolidWorks to analyze cutting system, the key part of the fully automatic hawthorn kernal-removal machine. The results of the analysis show that the maximum stress of the cutting system is 127.5MPa and the maximum deformation is 0.225mm, both of which appear at the joint of the knife holder and the motor, which shows that the reliability of the equipment meets the requirements , For the design and optimization of similar products provide a reference.

The experimental platform for planar mechanism design and analysis presented in this paper is an experimental platform which can be widely used in designing and opening experiments in major universities throughout the country. The experimental platform can realize that most of the planar mechanisms at any size are stably installed on the experimental platform, and the corresponding experimental data are obtained after the smooth operation of the motor. Experimental platform with the existing platform can be compared with the size of the components change support beam and the supporting upright position can be changed, and the use of 3D printing technology to print out the experimenter independent component, the platform does not provide any component, ensure the independent design and open. The bed can monitor the vital signs of the users through biological wave sensing devices such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and so on. Basic body movements are provided by its mechanical structure. At the same time, the intelligent system has the functions of environment monitoring and scene visualization. The system control is based on STM32 and combines with the mobile terminal. It can realize the real-time monitor, remote guidance, and situational interaction of the old’s physical condition and surrounding environment by the children and the health care workers. It provides family services for the old people and the disabled.

Banana peel was made from adsorbent for adsorption of Pb2+ from simulated wastewater.The adsorption efficicncy of adsorbent grain size,pH,initial Pb2+ concentration,adsorption time and banana peel dosage was investigated. The experiment results showed that the optimum operating conditions were banana peel grain size of 100 meshes, pH of 5.0,Pb2+concentration of 50 mg/L , adsorption time of 90 min and banana peel dosage of 0.5g, the adsorption capacity of banana peel reached to 9.16 mg/L, Under these conditions, more than 90%of Pb2+ was removed from 100 mL of simulated wastewater at 30℃.

A suitable extraction method was selected to extract the antibacterial substance from bitter melon and the bioactivity was analyzed in this text. The effective method is extracting with 70 % ethanol, breaking with ultrasonic, extracting with n-butyl alcohol, and then using different concentrations of ethanol for elution from polyamide column. The results of the experiments indicated that the crude extract, the n-butyl alcohol extraction phase and the elution showed obviously antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The extracts in this text of bitter melon obviously cleared the H2O2. Qualitative analysis showed that the extracts contained saponins, flavonoids, polyphenols and organic acids.

Synthesis and Characterization of Sm and Pr Double Mixed CeO2 based Solid Electrolyte

The solid electrolyte Ce0.8Sm0.2-xPrxO1.9 (x=0.02 ~ 0.08) was prepared by sol-gel method. The microstructure and electrical properties of solid solution were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy (Raman) and AC impedance spectroscopy. The results of XRD analysis show that samples calcined at 800 oC for 4 h possessed single-phase cubic fluorite structure, and the average grain size is between 35-46nm. The AFM images showed that the samples were spherical and distributed evenly. After the incorporation of Pr ions, the voids of the samples decreased obviously. When the doping amount was x=0.08, the grain boundaries were formed with small particles, and the grain size was between 2~8μm. The results of Raman show that Ce0.8Sm0.2-xPrxO1.9 is a cubic fluorite with oxygen vacancy, and the doping of Pr ions is beneficial to the formation of oxygen vacancies. AC impedance spectra indicated that the conductivity of Ce0.8Sm0.2-xPrxO1.9 increases with the increase of Pr-doping, and the activation energy decreased.

Structure and Magnetic Properties of [Fe/Pt]n Films with Rapid Heat Treatment

[Fe/Pt]n films were deposited on Si substrate using dc magnetron sputtering. The composition, structure and magnetic properties of the films were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that [Fe/Pt]n thin films have been obtained by rapid heat treatment at 600 oC. For [Fe (x nm) / Pt (0.5 nm)]n films, as Fe layer thickness is 0.7 nm, the order degree of the film is the largest, in-plane and out-of-plane coercivities are the highest. For [Fe/Pt]n films with different modulation periods, the order degree increases first and then decreases. The in-plane coercivity is higher than that of out-of-plane. When the modulation period is 2.4 nm, in-plane coercivity of the film is the largest.
