Abstract
Rural revitalization is a strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and agricultural and rural issues are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The era of integrated media has strengthened the trend of integrating media and society, and an intelligent media society has arrived. In today's era, the relationship between media and economic and cultural revitalization is increasingly close. As the main position for cultivating media talents in the new era, media majors in universities should shoulder the heavy responsibility of rural revitalization. Media majors in universities can integrate professional resources by offering public elective courses, promoting practice through social practice and discipline competitions, reaching out to the countryside, disseminating national culture, enhancing the cultural identity of rural residents, and assisting in cultural inheritance, innovation, and development.
