It's the need of the deep development of higher vocational teaching to do the research ofteaching strategy in higher vocational education . This paper analyzes the dialogue teaching under thborder teaching mode from the following four aspects : the connotation of the dialogue teaching , the necessity ofdialogue teaching in higher vocational colleges , the basic requirements of realizing the effectiveness of dialogueteaching , and the guarantee strategies of the effectiveness of dialogue teaching under the cross-border teachingmode . It is of great significance of improving the training level of higher vocational talents and socialadaptability of higher vocational education .
