Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has conducted the study on the management concept of“fine vocational guidance for application-oriented college students”in order to help college students achieve highquality employment in the context of poor employment situation． After analyzing the current situation of vocational guidance in colleges and universities and getting the knowledge of the connotation of the refinement of vocational guidance，a series of measures and principles are formulated．The development of fine vocational guidance is not only helpful for college students to know themselves and establish a correct view of career choice，but it is also conducive to national construction and development．
