Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff of Colleges and Universities of Non-academic Education and Training From the Perspective of Continuing Education |

Abstract With the rapid development of higher education and the further deepening reforms of continuing education in China, the construction of continuing education of colleges and universities in China has gradually shifted from academic education to a developing direction that emphasizes both non-academic education and academic education. Continuing education in colleges and universities are increasingly participating in enterprise training, providing support for enterprises to maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises in the market. The construction of non-academic education for teaching staff is both the foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of continuing education in colleges and universities. In this paper, the suggestions aiming at putting forward improvement of continuing education are proposed based on the explanation of the necessity and advantages of developing non-academic continuing education and the analysis of the current core problems in colleges and universities.
