Charity globalization has entered a stage of rapid development, but the charity and public welfare in China started late, thus the lack of most fundamental charity education and professional charity talents has become the bottleneck restricting the development of charity in China. The combination of the general charity education and professional talents training in colleges and universities has effectively helped to solve problems in the development of charity in China. Our charity education should not copy but should develop a road of Chinese-culture-centered charity education based on cultural confidence.
