In view of the knowledge of “binomial distribution” in probability theory and mathematical statistics，the teaching design which includes the introduction，the understanding of concepts，the explanation and analysis of typical cases and the mind map of knowledge combing is carried out，so that students can deeply understand the significance and application of“binomial distribution”．This paper integrates ideological and political elements of the course to provide reference for teachers’teaching and teaching research．
