Analysis on the Present Situation and Optimization Strategy of Practical Teaching under the Background of Engineering Education Accreditation

Abstract
Practical teaching is the key process to improve innovative practical ability of undergraduates, and plays an important role in professional cultivation of universities. Under the background of Engineering Education Accreditation, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the existing practical teaching system on the basis of "General Standard of Accreditation" and "Professional Supplementary Standard", also combined with the orientation of professional training and the characteristics of safety engineering major in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. It also puts forward some optimization strategies, such as construction of teaching quality standard, the joint education of universities and enterprises, the optimization and integration of resources, the "practice teaching of double teachers" and so on. It provides positive suggestions and references for effectively improving the practical teaching effect of safety engineering major and improving the teaching quality.
