Applying the computer examination system in the assessment of specialized courses can not only reduce the teachers' workload and make teachers focus on the teaching content, but also change the students' learning habits, so that students can be "busy" in the whole course of learning. This paper introduces the advantages of computer examination, the structure of computer examination system and the importance of the computer examination in the teaching of specialized courses, and provides a new way for the teaching reform of specialized courses.
