Abstract
The "3+2" cultivating mode of higher vocational and undergraduate students is an effective way to cultivate application-oriented high-tech talents.In view of the characteristics of oil-gas storage and transportation engineering (undergraduate) and aviation fuel major (higher vocational) in our college, the exploration and practice of the "3+2" cultivating mode is carried out. With the aim of cultivating application-oriented high-tech talents, the talents training program and curriculum system of each stage are established to achieve a seamless effect. At the same time, it will provide some reference and help for colleges and universities that will develop the "3+2" cultivating mode.
