The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the whole frame and the main stressed parts of the expanding machine. Through the analysis and calculation, the maximum stress and the maximum deformation area and value of the expanding machine are determined, the design cycle is shortened, the design cost is reduced, and the basis for the optimization of the expanding machine is provided.
