Abstract
In recent years, more and more scholars have paid attention to the importance of teacher leadership. It can be said that teacher leadership is the product of the change of teacher's role, and also the new component of teacher's quality structure. This study first clarifies the connotation, constituent elements and influencing factors of teacher leadership, and then analyzes the practical necessity of teacher leadership from the perspective of academic community, and then puts forward the construction ideas of university teacher leadership, which provides a theoretical basis for future research.
