Combining with the actual needs of the construction of characteristic high-level application-oriented universities in Jilin Province, this paper explores the significance of exploring a new path to recruit Party members of young teachers. On the basis of research and practice, this paper puts forward effective measures of building a comprehensive, systematic, scientific and efficient working mechanism to develop Party members of young teachers, and summarizes a new way to improve the effectiveness of developing Party members, which will provide reference and support for building a team of young teachers that meets the needs of the construction of characteristic high-level application-oriented universities.
