污水厂鼓风机控制系统设计及应用

摘要 

鼓风机是污水厂生化曝气生产过程的关键设备,防止鼓风机喘振是系统安全平稳生产的重要基础和保障。以某污水厂曝气风机控制问题为研究背景,分析了喘振的成因和防喘振控制方法,基于SIEMENS S7-300 PLC,设计了鼓风机防喘振自动控制系统,在实际生产应用中取得了良好的控制效果。

Abstract: 

The blower is the key equipment in the production process of biochemical aeration in the sewage plant. Preventing the blower from surging is an important foundation and guarantee for the safe and stable production of the system. Taking the control problem of aeration fan in a sewage treatment plant as the research background, the cause of surge and the anti-surge control method are analyzed. Based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, the blower anti-surge automatic control system is designed, and good control effects have been achieved in actual production applications.
