摘要 

上料小车的控制系统采用西门子公司的S7-1200系列的可编程控制器(PLC)监控系统采用上位机和西门子公司的HMI七寸显示屏进行监控和控制。变频器采用MM440型号。主要阐述了上料小车控制系统和监控系统的组成和软硬件设计及控制原理,实现了上料小车装料,卸料的自动过程。满足了高炉炼铁的工艺要求。

Abstract: 

The control system of the feeding trolley adopts the programmable controller (PLC) monitoring system of Siemens s7-1200 series and adopts the upper computer and the HMI seven-inch display screen of Siemens to monitor and control.Frequency converter MM440 model.The composition, hardware and software design and control principle of the feeding trolley control system and the monitoring system are described, and the automatic process of loading and unloading of the feeding trolley is realized.To meet the needs of blast furnace iron.
