电梯群控系统研究及优化设计

摘要 

基于德普(DPRO)电梯仿真实训模型,研究了单部电梯控制逻辑和多梯集群控制方法,以乘客等待时间最小为控制目标,对电梯集群控制算法进行了优化。采用西门子S7-1200 PLC设计了电梯集群自动控制系统,通过TIA Portal软件编写了电梯群控系统程序和上位机监控画面,实现了六部电梯集群自动控制和运行状态实时监控,仿真结果表明,改进后的系统有效降低了乘客的平均候梯时间,并提高了电梯群整体工作效率。

Abstract: 

The control logic of single elevator and the control method of multi-elevator cluster were studied based on DPRO elevator simulation training model, and the control algorithm of elevator cluster was optimized with the goal of minimizing the waiting time of passengers. The automatic control system of elevator cluster is designed by Siemens S7-1200 PLC, and the program of elevator cluster control system and the monitoring screen of upper computer are written by TIA Portal software. The automatic control and real-time monitoring of running state of six elevators cluster are realized. The simulation results show that the improved system can effectively reduce the average waiting time of passengers. And improve the overall working efficiency of the elevator group.
