“中国近现代史纲要”课教师素质优化路径探析

摘要 思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,思政课教师队伍责任重大。当前,部分“中国近现代史纲要”课任课教师存在缺乏坚定政治站位、理论基础较为薄弱、教学手段墨守成规等问题,这显然不符合新时代思政课教师的角色定位。因此,“中国近现代史纲要”课任课教师务必坚定政治站位,树立正确历史观、增强理论自觉,提升理论素养、因时而进,更新教学手段,才能在思想层面、知识层面成为学生的引路人和启迪者,更好发挥铸魂育人的作用,进而肩负起历史使命与时代责任。

Abstract: The ideological and political course is the key one to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality, and the teachers' responsibility is great. At present, some teachers of the course have problems such as lack of firm political position, weak theoretical basis, and use of rigid teaching methods, which obviously do not conform to the role orientation of ideological and political teachers in the new era. Therefore, the Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History teachers must strengthen the political position, establish a correct view of history, enhance theoretical consciousness, improve theoretical literacy, advance with the times, and update their teaching methods. Only in this way, can they become the guide and students' enlightener at the ideological and knowledge levels, play the role of casting the soul and educating people, and then shoulder the historical mission and the responsibility of the times.
