多锥面法兰几何特性对法兰联接应力松弛的影响研究

摘要 

法兰连接应力松弛,是法兰联接失效的最主要原因,本文从减小法兰联接应力松弛,避免法兰联接失效的角度,设计一种新型多锥面法兰,并对法兰结构和几何特性进行理论论证和实验研究,证明多锥面法兰实际加工公差是影响多锥面法兰联接松弛的主要内在因素;对多锥面法兰的精度设计、加工和检验有着重要的指导意义。

Abstract: 

As the stress relaxation is the primary cause for the flange connection failure, a type of new muti-cone coupling flange is designed to diminish stress relaxation for the flange connection. Researching on the structure and geometrical property of the new type flange is carried out in order to improve the connection property. Both the theory reasoning and the laboratory testing proved that the flange structure and machined tolerance have effect on the stress relaxation, which is significant for the flange designing, machining and checking.
