桌面级FDM高精度3D打印机的设计

摘要 

FDM3D打印机以其成本优势一直受到各行业的欢迎,但是也由于其打印精度不高而带来诸多问题。本文设计出了一款以Core XY结构为打印行走平台的桌面级FDM3D打印机,该打印机打印空间利用率更高,行走平台结构更为轻巧,减去了X轴步进电机的质量,从而极大解决了打印过程中大惯性所带来的问题,面对细小部位打印能够更加精细,进而提升打印的成型精度。

Abstract: 

FDM3D printers have been popular in various industries due to their cost advantages, but they also bring many problems due to their low printing accuracy. This paper designed a model for the Core XY structure for the desktop printing walking platform level FDM3D printer, the printer to print a higher space utilization, walking platform structure is more lightweight, minus the quality of the X axis stepper motor, thus greatly solve the printing process in the process of large inertia, in the face of small area print will be more careful, raise the precision of the printing.
