摘要 “新工科”背景下地方高校学生国际传播能力培养,以2017“新工科”建设复旦共识作为背景依托,完善新工科人才培养理念的内涵,拓展立德固本教育思想的外延;以打造国际传播能力培养的三层联动理论和双轮驱动运行体系为目标;提出国际传播能力培养的建设性路径,构建三层联动国际传播能力人才培养机制,建立大学英语与专业协同育人体系,强化课程思政对具有国际传播能力人才的引领。

Abstract: Under the background of “New Engineering”, the cultivation of local college students’ international information dissemination capacity is based on Fudan Consensus of “New Engineering” construction in 2017. It improves the connotation of new engineering cultivation and expands the idea of moral education. The goal is to build the three-layer linkage theory and the  two types of personnel for the cultivation. A constructive approach to the cultivation of international information dissemination capacity is proposed, constructing a three-layer training mechanism for talents, establishing a collaborative education system between college English and majors, and strengthening the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics to talents with international information dissemination capacity.
