“大化工”安全专业人才培训基地建设模式探究

摘要 

为加快安全专业化人才队伍建设,解决化工、安全相关专业安全执法人员数量占比不足的问题,遵循“大工程”观,构建“大化工”安全专业人才培训基地建设模式。应用系统工程的原理和方法,整合“校、政、企”资源优势,对培训内容、培训方式及培训模块进行设计,使整体培训模式具有空间全覆盖、模块多元化(理论、实操与VR模拟相结合)及进程动态持续性等特点。研究结果为后续培训实践工作的开展提供了思路和参考,有效助力安全专业人才培养。

Abstract: 

In order to accelerate the construction of the safety professional talent team, solve the problem of insufficient number of chemical and safety-related professionals, it is necessary to build a "big chemical" safety professional training base construction model. The model gives full play to the advantages of resource integration of "school, government and enterprise", and design training modules, training content and training methods. The overall training mode has the characteristics of full spatial coverage, diversified modules (combination of theory, practice and VR simulation) and process dynamic continuity. The research results provide ideas and references for the follow-up training practice, and effectively assist the training of safety professionals.
