摘要 

继学习者自主之后,教师自主成为教育领域中新的焦点。广大学者针对这一命题做了深入的理论探讨和实践研究,积极分析了教师自主的概念和内涵、全面探讨了其实施途径和方法。在此基础上,研究英语专业教师自主及其对教学能力的影响显然有助于进一步发掘其普遍适用性。根据具体教学现状对英语专业教师自主进行概念上的界定,通过问卷对英语专业教师自主进行调查,对摸索教师自主的相应对策具有十分重要的理论指导价值。

Abstract: 

Following learners’ autonomy, teachers’ autonomy has become a new center in the field of education. Many scholars have performed in-depth theoretical and practical research on this subject, actively analyzed the concept and connotation, and comprehensively discussed the approaches and means of implementing the autonomy. On this basis, the study of English major teachers’ autonomy and its influence on teaching ability is obviously of great help to further explore the universal applicability of it. This paper makes a conceptual definition of college English major teachers’ autonomy according to the specific teaching situation and investigates the situation of English major teachers’ autonomy through a questionnaire, which is of great theoretical guiding value to explore the corresponding countermeasures.
