摘要 

提出利用“CDIO”工程教育理念结合专业实际科学构建新型“校企联动、双元培养”教学体系,从而探索立体化培养创新型材料学科应用型人才的途径。创新校企联培模式,从优化专业培养方案、创新人才培养理念、综合人才培养机制、拓展人才培养领域四个方面入手,在突出专业特色、校企合作特点的同时,挖掘出校企合作优势与学生实践学习潜能,以提升学生的综合实践应用能力与创新能力。

Abstract: 

The idea of combination the ‘CDIO’ engineering education concept (which is an abbreviation of conception, design, implementation and operation) with professional practice to construct a new teaching system of ‘school-enterprise interaction and dual cultivation’ was proposed. Further, the three-dimensional way of cultivating innovative applied talents in material disciplines was explored. The innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation was realized from four aspects: optimizing the professional training program, establishing the innovative school-enterprise cooperative talent training concept, constructing the comprehensive school-enterprise cooperative talent training mechanism and expanding the field of school-enterprise cooperative talent training. While highlighting the specialty characteristics and school-enterprise cooperation characteristics, it also excavated the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation and students' practical learning potential. It is helpful to improve students' comprehensive practical application ability and innovative ability.
