摘要 

以机械类专业为研究对象,从机械类学生的特点进行了6S管理用于养成教育的研究和应用,提出了6S管理用于养成教育的方法,并将6S管理体系融入到机械类专业学生养成教育的实践当中,实践表明了其对提升学生管理和学风建设的效果有着重要的作用。

Abstract: 

The students of machinery-related majors are chosen to be the research objects in the research in which 6S management is proposed and then used in the nurturance of the students. The results show that the application of 6S management in the practice plays an important role in achieving good effects in student management and creating climate for learning.
