In order to improve the quality of ideological and political teaching sustainably, the evaluation index system of ideological and political teaching effect of experimental courses in colleges was constructed from three levels: family feelings, engineering ethics and personal quality. Taking the course of Circuit Theory Experiment as an example, by analyzing the data collected from questionnaires, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method is used to evaluate teaching effect. The comprehensive evaluation result is good and the root problems and affective measures are analyzed in this paper according to evaluation grade and comprehensive scores. The practice proves that the results can provide a certain reference for ideological and political teaching.
