摘要 

在国家对“教育现代化”现行战略部署的背景下,我们国家对于高校人才培养愈加重视,为满足高校科研创新能力的需求,新仪器及设备在高校实验室中不断被引进。但由于实验专职人员缺乏,管理体系和安全理念欠缺等而导致师生对实验室安全重要性认识程度并不高,进而增加了高校实验室事故发生的风险。因此,有效探寻高校实验室不安全行为原因分析及预防尤为重要。

Abstract: 

Our country pays more attention to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities under the background of the strategic deployment of education modernization. To meet the demand of scientific research and innovation ability of universities, new instruments and equipment are constantly introduced into university laboratories. However, due to the lack of full-time laboratory personnel, management system and safety concept, teachers and students do not have a high understanding of the importance of laboratory safety, which increases the risk of laboratory accidents in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is particularly important to effectively analyze the cause and explore the emergency treatment of unsafe behavior in university laboratories.
