Abstract The core of hazardous chemical management in university laboratories lies in storage, usage, and inventory alignment. Addressing key management challenges, an information system based on the Enterprise WeChat platform was developed to achieve lifecycle management of hazardous chemicals. The platform comprehensively records key stages such as application, usage, hazardous waste recovery, and allocation, while automatically planning residual quantity storage. Designed to be user-friendly and practical, it streamlines management workflows and supports online real-time monitoring. The system provides detailed data and clear operational records for safety supervision, ensuring management is traceable and evidence-based, thereby establishing a comprehensive protection barrier for laboratory safety.
