Abstract Currently, as a critical nexus between higher vocational education and conventional undergraduate education, the development of bachelor-level vocational education still has room for optimization. Promoting its coordinated development is not only a central task in improving the modern vocational education system but also a vital safeguard for fostering students' sustainable development. The construction of the bachelor-level vocational education system should focus on three core dimensions of coordinated development: establishing a dynamic occupational standards framework, enhancing articulation between higher vocational and undergraduate education, and innovating regional coordination mechanisms.
