Abstract According to the requirements of application-oriented talents training, combined with the actual situation of running our school, the teaching content reform of Biological Separation Engineering Experiment was explored, and the "one body-three layers-five dimensions" content system of experimental teaching was proposed to highlight the cultivation of students' application ability.
