| Sustainable Development Strategy for College Students Returning to School After Military Service in the New Era |

Abstract There are many similarities and differences between college students returning to school after military service and the general college students, and these similarities and differences are the results of the combined effect of two factors: their own unique experience and their returning to school as college students. Taking a university in Jilin Province as an example, based on the actual situation of the group of veteran students, this paper discusses the new characteristics and missions of this group in the new era from three aspects: "personal development, group Party building and future planning" and provides reference for Party building work in the colleges and universities of the same type with specific operational cases.
