Abstract Based on the analysis of the development dilemmas of "non-double high" vocational colleges, this paper, from the perspectives of differentiated and characteristic development, proposed that the adaptive development of teachers in "non-double high" vocational colleges must adhere to the development concept of unity of "compliance" and "self-action", and unity of "pertinence", "dynamics" and "advancement", as well as the strategies of the ability development of a "three-dimensional" structure construction, and the development of curriculum and teaching for vocational teachers.
