Abstract As the cradle of talent cultivation, to achieve the goal of "Three-All Education", colleges and universities are supposed to adopt measures of promoting the construction of career development centers, which is to implement the national requirements for career education in schools. On the basis of inheriting the functions of traditional employment guidance centers in universities, the Career Development Center has established an education system that includes student self-awareness guidance, academic planning guidance, career and industry experience, major selection guidance, and psychological counseling. This system has enhanced the quality of talent cultivation and increased the attractiveness of career education. However, there are still many problems in the current construction of career development centers in universities. It is necessary to further clarify the functional positioning of career development centers, improve management systems, promote the development of teaching staff, strengthen the collaboration of various parties in the society, and focus on building a student career guidance model that is both distinctive and forward-looking.
