Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large turbulence and impact in the current sled vehicles due to design and structure, a dual-degree-of-freedom sled independent suspension system is proposed. The suspension system includes a damping moving pair and a rotating pair. The vertical reaction force and the side reaction force of the road surface acting on the ski board can be transmitted through the cooperation of the ball pin pair and the shock absorber and the torque transmission caused by these reaction forces. To the entire sled body to ensure smooth running of the sled and improve comfort. The ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the amplitude and stress distribution of the sled board when the sled mechanism suspension system is running under different road conditions. The results show that the damping suspension system can greatly reduce the sled movement. Vibration generated under complicated road conditions.
