| Selection and Application of DC LED Driver |

Abstract LED as the twenty-first century green lighting source has been widely concerned， its luminous
principle is different from the traditional light source，DC LED using DC drive light，the traditional light source
is AC drive light，if the LED driver circuit fails，then the LED light source cannot be normal light，therefore，the
driving circuit of the DC LED light source is of vital importance to the overall life of the lamp．This paper first
describes the principle of LED light source and LED volt －ampere characteristics， on the low voltage， weak
current drive circuit described， explain the difference between constant voltage drive and constant current
drive，analysis of several common LED light source drive circuit， introduce the selection and application of
several driving circuits on different kinds of light sources．In conclusion，suitable and reasonable drive circuit，
the cost of LED light source，life is a very important part．
