Abstract At present，Chinese economy has integrated into the world economic system，in order to maintain the
sustainable and steady development of China’ economy， Chinese institutional voice is supposed to be
strengthened in the international rules．In the context of “The Belt and Ｒoad”initiative， China should take
positive actions to contribute China’wisdom and Chinese scheme so as to promote political and economic
development of the world and achieve the improvement of global governance．
