Abstract The flipped classroom was used to reconstruct the teaching process, the core knowledge such as stamping process analysis and mold structure design was transformed into interactive learning tasks, the information platform was relied on to realize blended teaching, and a formative assessment system was established simultaneously, and classroom interaction, program innovation, and project practice were included in the evaluation dimension. The reform practice shows that this model is helpful to improve students' engineering practice ability and independent construction knowledge ability, and provides a beneficial curriculum reform paradigm for local colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented mold talents.
