Abstract In the context of the new liberal arts, great attention has been attached to the new management talents with the orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship, who can meet the needs of the society. Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology has constructed a three-dimensional practical teaching system of knowledge, ability and quality by integrating the resources inside and outside of the campus based on the advantage of "Big chemical engineering". In the process of interning at chemical enterprises, the theoretical knowledge has been acquired in two ways: situational simulation experiments and enterprise-based training intern. The students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability have been cultivated in simulation and practice, which helps improve the employment competitiveness of economic and management professionals in local undergraduate colleges.
