Abstract The final exam result is a mirror that reflects the construction of learning atmosphere. By analyzing the students' final exam results, we conclude four reasons for their low learning initiatives: the low teaching quality of classroom teaching, the mismatch of curriculum setting and actual demand, the students' having no interest in theoretical knowledge and the "highlight" phenomenon. Based on the above reasons, we put forward suggestions and countermeasures on the long-term mechanism of constructing the learning atmosphere from the aspects of thoughts, teaching style, scoring system and examination discipline.
