Abstract Graduates employment situation， due to the popularization of higher education， has become
increasingly serious．At the same time，the economic transformation put forward new requirements for demand of
human resource， which made the employment problem a hot social concern． The author analyzes the main
factors affecting the college students’employment on the basis of the research on “graduates’employment”
and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems in university students’employment．
