Analysis of the Current Situation of the Study Ethos in the New Era and the Innovative Measures of Cultivating Positive Study Ethos

Abstract: As a key component of college education ,the cultivation of study ethos has a direct and far-reaching influence on the effectiveness of talent training.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the construction of study ethos in colleges and universities , and explores the prominent issues encountered during the process.Based on this ,this paper a series of targeted solution strategies are proposed. Drawing from practical experience , this paper also introduces some innovative measures aimed at promoting the continuous improvement and optimization of the construction of study ethos in colleges and universities, so as to better serve the overall goal of talent training.
