摘要 目前,高等教育人才培养体系存在着重知识传授,轻能力培养,教学和评价方式简单化,未形成完整的创新人才培养体系等诸多的问题。本文以提升本科高校人才培养质量与水平为核心,提出了创新型人才培养模式。通过课程设置改革、教学与实践一体化设计、信息技术与教学融合,改变传统教育方式,实现人才培养质量的显著提升。

Abstract: Nowadays, many problems, such as emphasizing knowledge transfer and ignoring ability training, simplifying teaching and evaluation, the incomplete system of cultivating innovative personnel and so on exist in the personnel training system of higher education. This paper puts forward the innovative personnel training model so as to improve the quality and level of personnel training in universities. Through the reform of curriculum, integration of teaching and practice, the fusion of information technology and teaching, the change of traditional education methods, the practice achieves a significant improvement in improving the quality of personnel training.
