摘要从重要性、紧迫性、挑战性和研究生自身特点等方面，分析了研究生思想政治教育工作现状，提出新时代创新高校研究生思想政治教育工作的思路和对策。

Abstract: The analysis of the current situation of the postgraduates' ideological and political education work in the new era was presented from the aspects of the importance, urgency, challenge and the postgraduate' characteristics, etc., in this paper and the author introduces the new thoughts of innovating postgraduates' ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the countermeasures.
