国际视域下的高等教育分类管理实践及其启示

摘要随着经济社会的迅猛发展和高校数量的不断增长，社会对人才需求的多样化和学生求学目的的多元化，高等教育分类管理和分类发展成为当前高等教育发展的重要课题。本文在分析我国实施高等教育分类管理背景的基础上，对国外高等教育分类管理模式进行了比较与分析，对我国进一步开展高校分类管理研究与实践具有重要意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic society and the increasing numbers of colleges and universities, the diversity of demands for talents and the diversification of the students' purpose of learning, the classification management and development of higher education have become an important issue in the development of higher education. On the basis of analyzing the background of implementing the classified management of higher education in China, this paper makes a comparison and analysis of the classified management mode of foreign higher education, which is of great reference value for further research and practice of the classification management and practice of colleges and universities in China.
