摘要 

随着社会对人才需求层次的不断提高,各本科高校都在从教育教学方式、专业特色方向等方面着手进行特色人才培养的探索,旨在培养适应社会需求的高层次人才。吉林化工学院为了适应东北地区经济及社会的发展需要,在材料科学与工程专业的人才培养方案中引入复合材料专业方向,并在该专业方向中坚持理论教学与科研相结合的特色,在教师队伍、实践平台、培养方案等方面进行了探索与实践,并取得了较好的成效。

Abstract: 

With the continuous improvement of the level of social demand for talents, colleges and universities are exploring the cultivation of Characteristic Talents from the aspects of education and teaching methods and professional characteristics, aiming at cultivating high-level talents to meet the social needs. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development in Northeast China, Jilin University of chemical technology has introduced the direction of composite materials into the talent training program of material science and engineering, and insisted on the combination of theoretical teaching and scientific research in the professional direction. It has carried out exploration and practice in the aspects of teachers, practice platform and training program, and achieved good results.
