摘要 研究以102名高校大学生为对象,综合解析其脚部触地的运动特性、生物学机制及动力学表现。运用高速摄影机、Insole-2A足底压力测量仪等设备,结合生物力学与解剖学知识,通过问卷调研收集跑步时脚部触地数据,经精密仪器分析与数理统计处理,系统揭示相关特征。结果显示,大学生中长跑时前脚掌、全脚掌、后脚跟着地比例为15.6%、58.4%和26%,且前两种着地方式的健身者损伤概率显著高于滚动式后脚跟着地者。

Abstract: This study was conducted among 102 college students to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of their foot strike movement, biological mechanisms, and dynamic manifestations during running. Utilizing high-speed cameras, Insole-2A plantar pressure measurement devices, and other equipment, combined with expertise in biomechanics and anatomy, data on foot strike patterns was gathered through questionnaire surveys. Through analysis using precision instruments and mathematical statistics, relevant characteristics were systematically unveiled. The results indicated that during long-distance running, the proportions of forefoot striking, full-foot striking, and heel striking among college students were 15.6%, 58.4%, and 26%, respectively. Notably, the injury rates among those adopting the first two striking patterns were significantly higher compared to those using the rolling heel strike pattern.
