摘要 研究使用生物质燃气为燃料的锅炉对推动生物质能源利用具有重要意义。首次提出燃用生物质燃气的单次折流卧式锅炉,配有尾部烟气余热管,对生物质燃气炉的主要燃烧流场进行研究。在入口速度为10m/s15m/s20m/s的工况下,对温度分布,燃烧情况和烟气阻力进行分析,提出中心线加热能力p和压差d。得出结论:设计结构下,燃烧迅速,火焰位置稳定,炉内最高温度低于1400K,不产生热力学NOX,加热能力较强区域集中在Z=0.2-1.5m位置,热水管可降低排烟温度最高176K,而不产生较大阻力,但在工况3下炉内局部产生正压,应控制入口速度。总体上,该型设计能够满足生物质燃气稳定燃烧要求,无NOx排放,能够在推动生物质燃气大规模应用方面起到重要作用,且具明显的环保和经济价值。

Abstract: 

Research on boiler using biomass gas as fuel was of great significance to promoting the utilization of biomass energy.For the first time, a single baffle horizontal boiler burning biomass gas was proposed, which was equipped with a tail flue gas recirculation heat pipe to study the main combustion flow field of the biomass gas furnace. The main combustion flow field of biomass gas furnace was studied at the inlet velocity of 10m/s, 15m/s and 20m/s. the temperature distribution, combustion and flue gas resistance were analyzed, and the central line heating capacity p and

pressure difference d were proposed. It was concluded that under the designed structure, the combustion was rapid, the flame position was stable, the maximum temperature in the furnace was less than 1400K, and there was no thermodynamic NOX produced. The strong heating capacity area was concentrated between the area of Z=0.2~1.5m. The hot water pipe could reduce the maximum exhaust temperature by 176K without producing large flow resistance. However, under condition 3, the positive pressure was partly made in the furnace,which caused the inlet velocity should be controlled. Overall, the design can meet the requirements of stable combustion of biomass gas and made no NOx emissions,which could play an important role in promoting large-scale application of biomass gas and showed obvious environmental and economic values.
